That’s why we have developed a local value chain Used cooking oils, and develop solutions from the leftover plate (fermentable) and coffee grounds.
- In the first place, the local collection waste from producers (restaurateurs, collective kitchens, agro-food industries and households produce used frying oils, fermentables and coffee grounds),
- After the local valorization waste, we transform frying oils into biodiesel,
- And, for the local consumption the end product (including the use of biodiesel in captive communities fleets)
