Nine employees work daily for the ecological and solidarity transition, in particular through technological and social innovations. Our philosophy is to have an economy at the service of man and the environment that participates in the energy transition. Our mission is to promote the waste of the restaurant locally as a renewable alternative to fossil fuels.
